Shipping policy

We ship the goods via UPS / DHL / FedEx.

Free standard shipping on orders over $66.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

 

1.Processing time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. It is usually 1-2 business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

 

2.Shipping time.

We usually ship by DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 2-4 business days. Different area have different delivery time.

If you need to specify the shipping carrier, pls leave a comment or contact customer service to do.

 

Precautions

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

 

Return policy

At NYX, we take every single customer seriously and are committed to resolving their issues to their satisfaction. All of our items undergo strict quality control checks before being sent out to our customers.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for return / refund / cancel / exchange.

Our Return Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 Days Have Gone By Since The Delivery Of Your Purchase, We Can't Offer You A Refund Or Exchange. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

 

How to return/exchange?

  1. Please contact our aftersale service within 7 days of receipt of your wig via email at service@nyxhair.com . Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, add some pictures or videos can help you speed up the return process.
  2. Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your payment as loss of shipping fee.
  3. Please return the package to the address we have provided. And please email us the return tracking number. We refuse to accept unauthorized returns and are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen. Our customer service will process the refund or exchange for you within 7 working days after we received the package.Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

 

Returnable Items

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached.
  2. The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

     1) With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.

     2)  Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive them.
  3. All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and uncut.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

 

Cancel:

You can cancel your order before the hair shipped it out. and the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will back to your account within 2-14 working days.

To ensure that the correct item is ordered, we recommend that you read the detailed description of the product before ordering. If you are not ensure, you can send us an email to: service@nyxhair.com. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore. Hope you can understand!
